The team
Architects, civil engineers, administrators and draftsmen form the core of our team. The project is carried out with 20 full-time and some part-time employees. For the general planning over 70 employees are available with our partners.

The technique
Working in current networks, such as LAN and Internet, as well as the use of a BIM server are a matter of course for us. Focus is the editing in 3D.

The essential basis of our work is our server-supported project pools, which are available for fast data exchange between all project participants.

Current software for planning, presentation, tendering, construction supervision and data management are important tools. Modern duplication technology up to photo quality completes the technical equipment.

General planning

General planning means planning for the client from a single source.

We carry out all specialist engineering services ourselves and with permanent partners, which are necessary for the realization of a complex project. This also applies to special planning, such as Medical technology or gastronomy planning.

Architectural planning + construction supervision

Mit unserem eigenen Team werden Objektplanungen der Leistungsphasen 1 – 5, die Bauvorbereitung der Leistungsphasen 6 und 7 sowie die Bauüberwachung und Objektbetreuung der Leistungsphasen 8 und 9 durchgeführt.

Bevorzugt werden die Projekte durchgängig von der Leistungsphase 1 bis 9 bearbeitet, je nach Aufgabenstellung werden aber auch Teilabschnitte bearbeitet. Dies kann den Entwurf (Leistungsphase 1 bis 3), den Bauantrag (Leistungsphase 4), die Ausführungsplanung (Leistungsphase 5) oder die Umsetzung (Leistungsphase 6 bis 8) beinhalten.

project management

For our self-planned as well as for external projects, we offer the project control to the client.

The focus is on the triad of costs, deadlines and quality. In addition, we are also able to carry out plan reviews and keep track of the revisions as part of this task.

project development

We use our experience and contacts to realize wishes and ideas together with the client and to develop a construction project on a specific property. We meet this challenge with the cooperation of our planning partners.

Social- and healthcaresystem

Schools and kindergartens, senior citizen facilities, hospitals, medical practices and rehabilitation facilities are the focal points of our work.

When building in health care we have extensive experience with large medical equipment (radiology, nuclear medicine, radiotherapy, surgical centers, sterilization, intensive care, laboratory medicine).

Handel und Gastronomie

The establishment of smaller shops, large supermarket areas and complete shopping centers are part of our portfolio. Clients are the owners of sales properties (centers) as well as retailers (retail chains).

Supplementary part of many projects is the planning and realization of catering facilities. These can be designed as an independent restaurant or as part of a large-scale project (employee / patient and senior care).

Industrie und Logistik

Individual solutions for production and administrative areas or entire factory halls are planned and implemented for the most diverse commercial enterprises, factories and large corporations.

Experience exists in various industrial sectors (food and beverage, solar industry, mechanical engineering, gas stations), logistics (high-bay warehouse) and in the implementation of cold stores.


Detached and multi-family houses as well as residential complexes for individual users and institutional investors are part of the range of services.

These construction projects can be realized as a new construction project or as part of a renovation. We are very happy to deal with the special requirements of listed buildings.
